How do girls develop straight clavicle

Girls always feel that the shape of their clavicle is not good-looking, which will make them very unconfident when wearing low-necked clothes, and even have some inferiority complex. At this time, they should find a way to train themselves to have a straight clavicle, so that the shape will be more beautiful. However, this requires regular exercise. In fact, there are many aerobic exercises that can have the effect of losing weight.

In the human body, the clavicle is an S-shaped, slender bone located under the skin. It is the boundary between the neck and chest, and the only bony connection between the upper limbs and the trunk. It maintains the shoulder joint in a normal position, increases the range of motion of the upper limbs and improves work efficiency. The large blood vessels and nerves that distribute to the upper limbs all pass behind the middle part of the clavicle.

It is located on the upper front of the thorax, horizontally at the junction of the neck and chest. Its entire length can be felt under the skin and it is an important bony landmark. The clavicle is smooth on the upper side and rough on the lower side. It is shaped like a long bone but has no medullary cavity and can be divided into two distinct ends. The middle part is the clavicle body, the inner 2/3 convexes forward, and the outer 1/3 convexes backward.

There are two "~" shaped bones, one on each side. The medial end is thick and articulates with the manubrium of the sternum, called the sternal end; the lateral end is flat and articulates with the acromion of the scapula, called the acromion end. The clavicle supports the scapula, keeping the upper limb bones at a certain distance from the thorax, which is conducive to flexible movement of the upper limbs. Due to its superficial location, the clavicle is prone to fracture, and fractures are more common at the junction of the middle and outer thirds of the clavicle.

Whether you are a man or a woman, having a well-shaped collarbone will make your figure look better.

The length of the clavicle of Chinese men is 14.6 to 14.7 cm, and that of women is 12.9 to 13.3 cm.

Fitness balls were first used as rehabilitation equipment in Switzerland. Later, fitness balls were introduced to Australia, Europe, the United States and other countries to treat low back diseases, nerve disorders, knee and shoulder rehabilitation, correct posture, and improve patients' balance ability. Because of the role of fitness balls in improving certain muscles (lower back, pelvis), this sport has also been widely promoted. The fitness ball is no longer just a form of physical therapy, it has also become an emerging fitness sport.

Suitable for: It is suitable for all people who need rehabilitation treatment, with good fitness effects, especially for the spine and pelvis; the fitness ball has good injury recovery and rehabilitation functions (significant effect on waist and back diseases). It is relatively safe during exercise and is less likely to cause injury. It can also improve people's (including patients and injured people's) flexibility, strength, balance, posture, and cardiopulmonary function.

Not suitable for people: Fitness balls are not suitable for people who are overweight or aiming to lose weight.
