When they just enter menopause, many people don't know that they have entered menopause. Especially for men, there are almost no obvious symptoms of entering menopause, while for women, the most obvious symptom is that menstruation stops. In the early stage of menopause, both men and women may suffer from insomnia. So what are the symptoms of entering menopause?

Early symptoms of menopause in women

1. Weight gain: The most common is obesity in the waist and abdomen.

2. Menstrual disorders: Menopause will cause menstrual disorders such as prolonged menstrual intervals, irregular menstruation, and no precursory menopause.

3. Hot flashes: Red cheeks in the afternoon. Frequent sensation of heat and sweat on the chest, neck, and face.

4. Night sweats, insomnia, and palpitations: You suddenly feel your heart beating faster and cannot find the reason.

5. Dry eyes: Dry eyes accompanied by stinging and blurred vision are also major signs of menopause.

6. Dry or itchy skin: Hormonal changes can cause dry skin and excessive skin sensitivity or irritation.

7. Emotional uncertainty: Loss of ovarian function and hormone levels can cause women to experience sadness, depression and other emotional fluctuations.

8. Changes in taste: Hormonal changes can increase the chances of foot odor, bad breath or body odor.

9. Nail changes: Fingernails and toenails become thinner, more brittle, and more likely to break.

10. Tension and anxiety: Anxiety is also a major symptom of menopause. Specific symptoms include tremors, sweating, and panic.

11. Memory errors: Due to the loss of ovarian function, many women experience short-term memory loss and memory errors. Once memory loss occurs, you should be alert to the onset of menopause, which is one of the common symptoms of menopause.

12. Increased wrinkles: Hormonal changes can cause skin sagging, reduced elasticity, and thinning. The eyes, cheeks and lips are most prone to wrinkles.

13. Facial hair: As estrogen decreases and androgens increase, hair will appear on the body, such as increased darkening of the upper lip, chest, and abdomen.

14. Hair loss or thinning: Because hair follicles need estrogen, when women's estrogen levels drop, hair loss or thinning occurs.

15. Low back pain: Bone loss can cause low back pain and back pain.

16. Paranoia: Sometimes hormonal changes can make women feel "wrong." For example, I always feel nauseous but I don't know where it is.
