What to do if you don't have your period during menopause

Menopause is actually a series of unusual behaviors that women experience after menopause due to endocrine disorders. In fact, menopause does not last very long. If many women pay attention to daily conditioning, they can successfully pass through menopause in about 2 months. Many women will ask: What should I do if I don’t have my period during menopause? In fact, once menopause arrives, women stop having menstrual periods.

Menopause refers to the period of transition from women's reproductive period to old age, a period when ovarian function gradually declines. It starts at age 40, lasts for 10-20 years, and menopause is an important sign. During this period, due to the decrease in sex hormone secretion, a syndrome characterized by autonomic nervous system dysfunction appears, which is called menopausal syndrome. The disease has a high incidence rate and more severe symptoms in patients with malnutrition, mental and emotional instability, or those who have lost ovarian function due to surgery or radiotherapy and whose estrogen levels drop rapidly.
