The cystic-solid mass in the left adnexal area is generally considered to be a teratoma. If CA125 is found to be within normal limits, serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) levels should also be tested, which will provide guidance for diagnosis and prognosis. As mentioned, if it is a physiological cyst, it should be a cystic mass, not a cystic-solid mass. Therefore, it is generally not considered to be a physiological cyst.

If the ovaries have cystic structures, it means that there may be ovarian cyst problems, which may be caused by local inflammatory infections or endocrine problems. There may be local pain or lumps, irregular menstruation and other problems. It is necessary to see how big the local cyst is. If it is not very big, you can consider taking Fuling capsules, gynecological Qianjin tablets and other medications first. Check again after one month. If it gradually gets smaller, you can continue with the medication. If it is not better or continues to grow, then surgery is required.

The so-called cystic lesion means that the ovary is like a balloon filled with water. Most of them are seen in ovarian cysts and other cystic changes of the uterine adnexa. It depends on how big the ultrasound report shows. If it is very small, you can observe it. Just check it regularly. If it is too big, surgical treatment is usually required. The most commonly used surgery is laparoscopic.
