Occasionally there is a giant fibroadenoma with a diameter of more than 10 cm; the menstrual cycle has no effect on the size of the tumor, and there is no abnormal nipple discharge. The growth rate is relatively slow. Palpation: The lump has a smooth surface, clear boundaries, a tough texture, no adhesion to the skin and surrounding tissues, is easily moved, and the axillary lymph nodes are not enlarged.
