Stretch marks on back

Stretch marks on back

Stretch marks are also called atrophy marks, and some people call them growth marks. They are purple-red stripes that easily appear in various parts of our skin. They appear when patients gain weight and lose weight quickly in a short period of time. Because the elasticity of human skin is limited, atrophy marks will appear when this elasticity limit is exceeded. So how can we remove stretch marks on the back?

Stretch marks on the back may be a related condition caused by stretch marks. Pay attention to your diet. You can use retinoic acid, aloe vera gel, vitamin E cream, etc. Don't eat spicy food and eat a light diet.

As the uterus gradually grows larger during pregnancy and the adrenal cortex secretes more glucocorticoids, the hormone breaks down elastin and causes elastic fibers to denature. In addition, the tension on the pregnant woman's abdominal skin increases, causing the elastic fiber layer of the skin to rupture, resulting in numerous purple or reddish irregular, parallel, slightly concave stripes, known as stretch marks, which are seen in primiparas. Old stretch marks are silvery and shiny and are seen in multiparous women. Stretch marks in parts of the body other than the abdomen are caused by rapid weight gain and local fat accumulation. They don't usually grow on the face.

What are stretch marks?

Due to the influence of pregnancy hormones and the distending abdomen, the elastic and collagen fibers of the skin are damaged or broken, and the abdominal skin becomes thinner and finer, creating some pink or purple wavy patterns of varying widths and lengths. After delivery, these patterns will gradually disappear, leaving behind white or silvery shiny scar lines, also known as stretch marks.

Once stretch marks appear, in addition to being unsightly, they can also cause itchy skin, induce skin rashes, postpartum skin sagging, and sagging breasts. Therefore, it is very necessary to remove stretch marks. But stretch marks can’t be treated casually!
