What symptoms will the human body experience before menstruation? Some women experience symptoms such as back pain, stomach pain, and breast pain before their period. Of course, some women do not have any symptoms before menstruation. These symptoms vary according to their different physical constitutions. But are premenstrual symptoms similar to pre-pregnancy symptoms? Are premenstrual symptoms similar to pre-pregnancy symptoms? Premenstrual symptoms and pre-pregnancy symptoms are similar, but not the same. 1. Premenstrual symptoms: (1) Sensitivity and suspicion. Every time before menstruation, I become more and more sensitive and suspicious, prone to crying, depression, and changes in my mood that I don’t even understand why. (2) Abdominal pain. You will feel intermittent abdominal pain a week before your period, and the pain will become more severe 2-3 days before your menstrual period. (3) A very small number of women may experience back pain, lower abdominal pain, etc., accompanied by mild diarrhea or constipation. It is caused by pelvic congestion during menstruation. Due to the imbalance of the cerebral cortex during the menstrual period and the influence of female hormone fluctuations, some women will continue to experience varying degrees of systemic reactions. Such as dizziness, headache, fatigue, constant sleepiness, irritability, restlessness, emotional excitement and breast pain. But generally it is relatively mild and will not affect study and work. If you experience severe abdominal pain before or during menstruation, or even nausea, vomiting, or fainting, you should consider dysmenorrhea and see a doctor immediately. 2. Symptoms before pregnancy: (1) Amenorrhea: For women with regular menstrual periods, pregnancy is relatively easy to identify, and amenorrhea is the first sign of pregnancy. (2) Breast pain, swelling and itching: Breast pain, swelling and itching are physiological phenomena in early pregnancy. In addition, there will be darkening of the areola color, obvious veins in the subcutaneous tissue of the breast, and obvious protrusion of the nipple. (3) There are also symptoms such as frequent urination, nausea and retching, constant desire to sleep, and increased basal body temperature. How to detect pregnancy 1. About half of women experience dizziness, fatigue, sleepiness, poor appetite, preference for sour food or aversion to greasy food, nausea, vomiting when getting up in the morning, etc. in the early stages of pregnancy (about 6 weeks after menstruation). This is called early pregnancy reaction, which is related to the increase of HCG in the body, the decrease of gastric juice secretion and the increase of gastric emptying time, and usually disappears on its own around 12 weeks of pregnancy. Some people also experience a sudden change in taste in the early stages of pregnancy or even before menopause. Some people mainly show a special liking for certain types of food, such as strange-tasting food. 2. Nausea or vomiting: In the early stages of pregnancy, nausea and retching may occur. Many pregnant women may be more sensitive to fishy foods, and a very small number of pregnant women may not be able to avoid morning sickness. 3. Other palpitations are mainly due to the increase of male hormones during pregnancy, which can cause pregnant women to feel tired, short of breath, lazy, weak or drowsy. 4. B-ultrasound examination. Using B-ultrasound to diagnose early pregnancy is the most appropriate and reliable way. On the B-type ultrasound screen, a circular halo can be displayed in the uterus, also known as the pregnancy ring. The shadow inside the ring is the amniotic fluid of the pregnant woman, in which the regular fetal heartbeat can also be seen. 5. HCG test in blood or urine. This test can initially confirm whether the pregnancy is unexpected. When the sperm and egg combine and embed into the uterus, the pregnant woman's body produces a new hormone called hCG gonadotropin, which helps maintain pregnancy. This type of growth hormone can be detected in urine about 10 days after conception. You can go to the hospital to choose to do an early pregnancy test or a blood HCG test to determine whether you are pregnant unexpectedly. |
