Vaginal douching requirements

Perineum and vaginal disinfection

Use a speculum to expose the vagina, then disinfect the vagina twice with a 0.05% iodine gauze ball, and disinfect the cervical canal with 0.5% iodine (or 2.5% iodine tincture, 75% alcohol).
