Will the ovulation temperature rise?

During the ovulation period, the body temperature will rise to a certain extent, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. This normal physiological phenomenon can also help to seize the ovulation period. Having sex in time at this time will help increase the chance of conception. Generally speaking, during the ovulation period, the basal body temperature will rise by about 0.5 degrees compared to usual. At the same time, women will also have some other manifestations during this period.

Will the ovulation temperature rise?

Generally, the basal body temperature during the follicular phase is 36.5℃, and it rises by more than 0.5℃ during the luteal phase, resulting in a biphasic performance, indicating ovulation. If the monophasic body temperature curve does not have a later increase, it indicates that there is no ovulation. The accuracy rate is 70%~80%.

If the body temperature rises by 0.3-0.6℃ or even higher within 24 hours, it means that you are in the ovulation state. In addition, basal body temperature can also roughly reflect the quality of the eggs released. If the high temperature period of basal body temperature is longer, lasting 13 to 14 days, it means that the quality of the egg is good.

The body temperature before ovulation is generally between 36.2 and 36.4. The body temperature will rise after ovulation, above 36.7, and last for about 12 to 14 days. If conception is successful, the body temperature will remain high due to progesterone. If conception is unsuccessful, the body temperature will drop one to two days before the menstrual period.

The temperature rise lasts for 12 to 14 days after ovulation.

Women's body temperature changes over a long period of time during ovulation. For women who ovulate normally, the elevated temperature usually lasts for 12 to 14 days. Through body temperature measurement, we can know that a woman's body temperature will rise by 0.3-0.5℃ after ovulation. If a woman does not ovulate, her body temperature will not rise and will remain low throughout the cycle.

For many girls, their body temperature will change significantly before and after ovulation, so measuring body temperature every day and creating a temperature curve chart can accurately measure the time of ovulation. This can better prepare women for pregnancy, further increasing the likelihood of pregnancy.
