The difference between luteinization of follicles and ovulation

The main cause of female infertility is anovulation. When women treat infertility, they must go to a reliable hospital for treatment. They can choose to use hormone therapy to promote ovulation. So, what is the difference between progesterone and luteinized follicles? Undeciphered sphingomyelination syndrome is a distinct form of utero-ovarian anovulatory menstruation. During the normal ovulation process, one of the ovaries, the uterus, develops fully, ruptures in the middle and late stages of the menstrual cycle, discharges the egg, and produces progesterone at the same time. In the early stages of ovulation, a large amount of estrogen is secreted.

After ovulation, progesterone metabolizes a lot of estrogen. Under the action of estrogen and estrogens, the uterine wall changes from the reproductive phase to the metabolic phase; the cervical mucus changes from clear and transparent to thick and turbid; the body temperature during the ovulation period shows a biphasic characteristic. However, patients with uncleaved sphingomyelinosis syndrome have two characteristics:

The ovum shows signs of maturity, with peaks in estrogen and luteinizing hormone, but the mature follicle does not rupture or release the egg, it just continues to expand. The luteinized follicle produces progesterone in the unbroken egg, which metabolizes estrogen and acts on the cervix and uterine wall; the body temperature during ovulation is biphasic.

The ovulation test strip is a reflection of the body's female hormones, not a reflection of whether the egg can be discharged. Therefore, even if the follicle is luteinized, the test paper may still show a positive result. This can only be confirmed through continuous observation through color Doppler ultrasound examination.

There is a layer of chemical material on the ovulation test paper. The amount of chemical material applied on the test paper of each brand is certain. When the LH in the woman's urine during ovulation is lower than the amount applied on the test paper, no strong positive result will be detected. Generally, this situation does not mean that the woman has a physical problem, but that the test paper is not suitable for her.

How many eggs are released?

If the egg is more than 1.8, it is considered a mature follicle and can be fertilized if it is released. The number of eggs released varies from person to person. If it exceeds 1.8, daily testing is required. In addition, the daily growth rate of the egg is 0.1-0.3cm. Pregnant mothers can go to the hospital for examination depending on the situation.

Until the egg size is above 1.8 and below 2.8, the chance of pregnancy is very high. But pregnancy can only be achieved when the egg is perfectly ruptured. You can go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound in 3 days to see if the egg has broken. If it has broken, that is the best time to have sex.

As we all know, the release of an egg is the basic criterion for pregnancy. However, many women are not quite clear about how long it takes for eggs to be released, so they are very concerned about the symptoms of egg release. Generally during the ovulation period, the body temperature will be slightly higher, the secretions will be thinner, and some patients will have mild swelling and pain in the lower abdomen.

When is the egg released: The ovulation period is 14 days after the next menarche.

Generally speaking, a woman's ovulation period is about 14 days before the next menstrual period. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation the 10 days in the ovulation period. If your menstrual cycle is abnormal, you can check whether it is your ovulation period by measuring your body temperature and cervical mucus.

As mentioned above, I believe you not only know how many eggs are released, but also have a grasp of when the eggs are usually released from the ovaries. If you want to get pregnant quickly, calculate your ovulation period and have sex during the ovulation period. Generally, the possibility of pregnancy is very high. If you have not been able to get pregnant for a long time, it is recommended that you and your husband go to the hospital for a check-up.
