Why do women always sweat?

Why do women always sweat?

It is abnormal for women to always sweat. It is mainly caused by qi deficiency or physical fatigue. We should improve our body's resistance through exercise. Appropriate exercise can relieve the symptoms of physical weakness and night sweats. We can also regulate it through diet. As for the reasons why women often sweat, we should understand its causes and related treatments.

1. Why do women sweat profusely?

Generally speaking, our human body excretes fluids in two main ways. One is to excrete it in the form of urine. Another way is to excrete it through sweating. So this is why you feel the urge to urinate before exercise, but don’t feel that strong after exercise. That's because we lose some of the water through sweating. Of course, people with well-developed sweat glands generally sweat more.

If you sweat profusely at any time, you should be careful. Some people sweat frequently because of physical weakness and excessive sweating. Generally, this situation can be changed by paying attention to rest and conditioning the body. But for some people it may be caused by low blood sugar. Hypoglycemia may be accompanied by symptoms of excessive sweating, but excessive sweating does not necessarily mean hypoglycemia. Another possibility is that stressful environmental factors may cause adrenal hormone secretion disorders and induce sweating. Most of this sweat is cold sweat. During menstruation, menstrual pain is common. Severe pain may also cause profuse sweating.

2. The harm of excessive sweating in women

Sweating of the feet often makes the socks and insoles soaked, and the soles of the feet may slip when walking;

There may also be excessive sweat soaking the skin, causing the skin to turn white and erosion between the toes, which often leads to the growth of fungi and bacteria, causing foot odor, tinea pedis, etc.

Axillary sweating can be seen dripping from the armpits, and clothes are often soaked with sweat. When bacteria invade and infect the armpits, not only will the armpits emit an unpleasant odor (i.e., underarm odor), but skin inflammation may also occur.

Hyperhidrosis can also be secondary to certain mental and neurological diseases, metabolic diseases, endocrine disorders, tumors, drugs, etc., which is called secondary hyperhidrosis;

The age of onset is mostly from childhood, worsens in adolescence and accompanies life. When the condition is serious, it not only affects the patient's work, life and study, but may even cause psychological disorders in the patient and make him afraid to participate in normal social activities.

2. Which parts of women's body are dangerous when they sweat

Sweating of palms and soles of feet - blood deficiency

If you are nervous, excited or scared, your palms or soles of your feet will easily sweat. Chinese medicine believes that this is a manifestation of spleen dysfunction, spleen and stomach dampness and heat, and blood deficiency.

Recommendation: Massage your abdomen after meals every day, first rub 30 circles clockwise, then rub 30 circles counterclockwise. In addition, you should control your food intake, avoid eating raw or cold food, and eat until you are 70% to 80% full.

Sweating on the forehead, hyperactivity of liver yang

If you often sweat a lot on your forehead, Chinese medicine believes that it may be caused by hyperactivity of liver yang.

Suggestion: Try to keep a peaceful mood, get angry less often, and get enough sleep, otherwise it is easy to cause Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of liver Yang. Drinking wolfberry tea every day has the effect of calming the liver.

Sweating nose – insufficient lung qi

If your nose is always sweating, it means that your lung qi is insufficient and you need to regulate and replenish qi. Western medicine believes that this is a sign of low immunity and that immunity needs to be improved.

Suggestion: Insufficient lung qi is mainly caused by congenital weak constitution. Use both hands to tap your legs every day, and press the left and right sides of your legs, because this is where the lung meridian of the human body is distributed. Through tapping and stimulation, it can play a role in regulating the lung meridian.

Neck sweating - endocrine disorders

There are few sweat glands on the neck, so few people sweat on the neck. If your neck sweats frequently, it may be related to endocrine disorders throughout your body.

Recommendation: It is best to go to the hospital for a comprehensive hormone test. Usually, endocrine regulation is mainly through diet and exercise, supplemented by drug treatment when necessary; develop good eating habits, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, high-protein foods, drink plenty of water, and replenish the body's water needs; at the same time, participate in various sports and exercises to strengthen physical fitness; also have a scientific life routine and don't stay up late often.
