The follicle is released before it matures

Female eggs are not always present like male sperm. In fact, female eggs are very precious and very rare. Because for every normal woman, only one egg is released from the body per month. Before doing IVF, the woman's ovulation period must be determined to retrieve the eggs. Generally, doctors will warm women only when their ovarian follicles are mature. But what are the consequences of fertilizing women before their ovarian follicles are mature?

Will an immature egg be released?

Every month, women will only release one mature egg, and this mature egg is generally considered a mature egg when it is larger than 2.0mm. However, there are individual differences. Some people will release the egg when the follicle grows to 1.5mm, while others will release the egg when it grows to 2.5mm. The specific individual situation can be determined by a periodic B-ultrasound examination. Generally, mature follicles will be discharged within one to two days, and the discharged follicles can generally survive for 2 days.

However, some women may discharge immature follicles due to certain physical reasons. The discharge of immature follicles may be related to the development of follicles. The following points will explain in detail:

1. The eggs in a woman's body are mainly developed from the primordial follicles in the ovaries, and their normal range is 1.8-2.5cm.

2. There are two ovaries in the female body. Every month, 15 to 60 follicles will develop simultaneously in the two ovaries, but usually only one follicle will mature and the disease will be discharged from the follicle.

3. The entire process from female follicle development, maturation to ovulation takes 14 days. Under normal circumstances, ovulation occurs about 14 days before the next menstruation. If the follicle is discharged before it matures, it means that it is caused by poor follicular development.

Symptoms of egg release

1. Anal swelling or lower abdominal pain on one side

The mature egg is discharged from the surface of the ovary and passes through the follicle on the surface of the egg. A small amount of fluid in the follicle will flow into the pelvic cavity. The woman will feel a slight falling sensation in the anus and slight pain in the lower abdomen on one side.

2. Bleeding during egg discharge and rising body temperature

Because of the changes in estrogen secretion in the body before and after ovulation, there may be a small amount of uterine bleeding. At the same time, the body temperature rises slightly after ovulation. If you can measure the basal body temperature every morning, you can know the ovulation date based on the changes in body temperature.

3. Increased vaginal discharge

After the egg is released, the amount of secretion will increase significantly, and it will become watery, transparent and clear, with high stringiness, and the woman's genitals will become moist. This increase in vaginal discharge usually lasts for 2 to 3 days.
