3. Massage Chengshan acupoint

The Chengshan acupoint belongs to the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian. It is located in the middle of the back of the calf, below the belly of the gastrocnemius muscle. When you stretch your calf or lift your heel, a "human"-shaped depression will appear on your calf, and the sharp corner of the depression is it. Regularly pressing this point can relax muscles and tendons, strengthen tendons and replenish deficiency, and it is effective in relieving low back pain, leg pain, cramps, and calf spasms. It relieves muscle tension and eliminates fatigue. In addition, regular massage of this point can relax the Qi on the same meridian, dispel cold and dampness, and is also effective for anal diseases such as hemorrhoids and constipation.

4. Use a hot towel to apply

When leg cramps occur, you can also choose to use a hot towel to apply heat to the cramped calf. But please note that when applying hot compress, you must pay attention to massaging at the same time. This method can also quickly relieve the pain of leg cramps.
