Diet therapy for uterine contraction

1. Gastrodia elata and angelica fish soup

For one soft-shelled turtle, 20 grams of Gastrodia elata, about 20 grams of Angelica sinensis, and 40 grams of dates.

Put raw fish in boiling water to drain out its urine. Scrape and clean the raw fish and remove its internal organs. Wash and slice the Gastrodia elata and Angelica sinensis heads. Wash the red dates with water and remove the core. Put the ingredients into a stew pot and add water. Cover, put it in the pot and simmer for about 4 hours. Season and drink.

2. Danggui Pork Kidney Recipe

500 grams of pork kidney, about 10 grams of angelica, one Codonopsis pilosula, and 10 grams of yam.

Cut the pork kidneys and wash them; put the angelica, codonopsis and yam into a gauze bag, tie it tightly and put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water; when the pork kidneys are cooked, remove them from the pot, cool them, put them on a plate and season them simply.

3. Shredded eel with ginseng

500 grams of eel, 15 grams of angelica, and about 15 grams of Codonopsis pilosula.

Put angelica and codonopsis in a small bowl, add about 100 ml of water, and steam for about 20 minutes. Heat the pan over high heat, add oil, first add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the shredded eel and stir-fry, then add a little rice wine, soy sauce and sugar and stir well. Then pour in the steamed angelica and codonopsis, add the fresh soup, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Before serving, you can also add a little MSG and thicken it with water starch, then pour some cooked oil and sesame oil before serving, and finally sprinkle some pepper on it.
