How to calculate breast sagging

How to calculate breast sagging

There are two problems that women cannot face: one is the aging problem, and the other is the sagging breast problem. Because many women consciously take care of their skin in their lives, the result of skin care is that the aging process is relatively slowed down. However, most women do not manage their breasts strictly enough in daily life, which leads to sagging in many women at a young age. So what method should be used to prevent sagging?

What is considered sagging breasts?

Breast ptosis grades: Mild ptosis: The lower pole of the breast exceeds the inframammary fold by 1-2 cm;

Moderate ptosis: The lower pole of the breast exceeds the inframammary fold by 2-3 cm;

Severe ptosis: The lower pole of the breast exceeds the inframammary fold by 4-10cm;

Very severe ptosis: The lower pole of the breast exceeds the inframammary fold by more than 10 cm.

There are generally three types of breast sagging: spindle-shaped breast sagging, triangular-shaped breast sagging and horn-shaped breast sagging.

Fusiform breast ptosis is a type of breast ptosis characterized by a shortened transverse diameter of the breast base. The circular coronal plane at the base of the breast is smaller than the coronal plane at the distal end of the breast, resembling a spindle, hence the name spindle-shaped breast ptosis. This type of breast ptosis deformity is caused by the herniation of breast tissue into the subcutaneous area of the areola, and is often accompanied by large areola syndrome. It is more common in young and middle-aged women after breastfeeding.

Bandana breast ptosis is a condition in which the entire breast becomes flat, like a bandana hanging on the chest wall, hence the name. The coronal plane of the breast base is an oblong shape, the longitudinal diameter of the breast is larger than the transverse diameter, and there is no obvious herniation of breast tissue into the subcutaneous tissue of the areola area. It is more common in middle-aged and elderly women, especially postmenopausal women.

In horn-like sagging breasts, the coronal plane of the breast base and the distal coronal plane are basically equal, or the distal end is slightly smaller, the longitudinal diameter of the breast is longer, the nipple is located at the lower line of the breast, and the appearance is like a horn. The fiber and fat tissue in the breast are relatively increased, the mammary tissue is less, the breast feels denser, and the skin elasticity is better. This type of sagging breasts is more common in young women.

Young girls generally have full and firm breasts. As they age, especially after breastfeeding, some people's breasts often begin to shrink, become loose, shriveled, or even sag. However, if you can massage your breasts regularly with the correct techniques, you can make your breasts beautiful again.

3 Harms of sagging breasts

Sagging breasts hinder the beautiful curves of a woman's body. What's more serious is that it makes people feel inferior and affects their mental health. Some people have severe sagging of one or both breasts, which causes difficulty in movement, discomfort in the neck and shoulders, erosion or eczema in the folds of the breasts on both sides, so correction is necessary.

There are various forms of breast sagging. We cannot only consider the degree of breast sagging, but also consider the proportion of small and sagging breasts to the chest. There is no clinical manifestation, but it can directly or indirectly affect the beauty of body curves.

Medium-sized breasts with sagging may cause some degree of discomfort, insufficient breast lift, and asymmetrical appearance. Even with clothing, it is difficult to conceal the sagging.

Large and sagging breasts may cause certain symptoms of gigantic breasts due to the effect of gravity, such as pain in the chest, neck, shoulders and back, fatigue, soreness and swelling, etc. It also makes it very difficult for women to dress, affects the patient's normal psychological development, and may cause various psychological and physiological problems.
