How to maintain breasts after childbirth

After childbirth, women's bodies will undergo certain changes, especially for mothers who need to breastfeed. If breast care is not done well, then after the breastfeeding period, it is easy for the breasts to become smaller or sagging. Therefore, postpartum breast care is still very important. 1. Correct breastfeeding

Many new mothers do not understand breastfeeding knowledge and simply refuse to breastfeed. In fact, during the breastfeeding process, the baby's sucking on the nipple will stimulate the breast, and the muscle tissue in the breast will become more and more developed and stronger after being stimulated. Therefore, new mothers who insist on correct breastfeeding will generally have firmer breasts after breastfeeding.

If some new mothers are worried about the condition after weaning, then they should pay attention to correct breastfeeding during breastfeeding. For example, they should alternate between breasts and not suck one and leave the other alone. After finishing one side of the milk, they should also squeeze out the uneaten milk from the other half. This is the only way to ensure that the breasts on both sides are the same size. In addition, they should still massage or exercise the breasts after weaning.

2. Hot compress + exercise

The function of hot compress is the same as that of shower, which is to improve blood circulation in the breasts. Every night before going to bed, apply a hot towel to both sides of the breasts, and then massage with your palms. If you persist for a month, the breasts will begin to swell, and after two to three months they will be very obvious. Note that the hot towel should not be too hot, and the best time is three to five minutes.

Regular exercise can exercise the pectoralis major muscles, making the chest muscles more tense and resilient, thereby supporting the breasts and preventing them from sagging. For new mothers, it is very easy to do some simple breast enhancement exercises while playing with their children. For example, wall push-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups are easy to do and have good results.

3. Do chest massage every day

Breast enhancement after childbirth is very important. Mothers can take a little time every day to do breast massage. After persisting for a period of time, the breasts can be restored to fullness and firmness.

Before going to bed or getting up every night, mom can lie in bed and massage herself. Put the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of one hand together and place them on the opposite breast. With the nipple as the center, make circles clockwise from the outer edge of the breast to the inside. Do this 10 times for each breast. This massage can promote local blood circulation, increase nutrition supply to the breasts, and facilitate the secretion of estrogen.
