Breast hyperplasia health exercises

Breast hyperplasia health exercises

Fibrocystic breast disease is the most common breast disease. After the disease occurs, there will be swelling and pain, and the slightest touch may be very painful, which has a great impact on normal life. Currently, the main methods for treating breast hyperplasia are drugs and surgery. In addition to these two methods, we can also do breast hyperplasia exercises, which is also beneficial to improving the condition. Next, let’s take a look at the exercises for breast hyperplasia.

"Career line" squeezes out breast hyperplasia

For flat-chested girls, cleavage is a flaw. I can only reveal my charming cleavage by squeezing it every day. However, long-term compression of the breasts will cause lymphatic backflow in the breasts, local blood circulation problems, and in severe cases may lead to breast hyperplasia.

In order to create more cleavage, many girls will choose shaping bras - the main effect of shaping bras is to modify the curves of the body. They can concentrate the excess fat on the back and chest sides to the chest, making the chest look fuller. But this is extremely detrimental to breast development. It will damage the blood circulation system, causing insufficient blood circulation in the breasts, compressing the breasts, causing blood stasis in the lower part of the breasts and causing breast swelling and pain. This is especially true for girls in the adolescent development stage and will directly affect breast development.

Perform regular breast self-examination

Female friends should usually sit up straight, with their chest up, head up, abdomen in, and knees straight; choose a bra that is soft and of appropriate size according to the condition of their breasts; pay attention to breast cleanliness, wash the breasts frequently, especially the nipple and areola; perform regular breast self-examinations, which should be done once a month, preferably at the same time of each month, preferably 5 to 7 days after menstruation, when the effect of estrogen on the breast is minimal and the breast is in a relatively static state, making it easy to detect breast lesions or abnormalities.

The specific method is: stand in front of the mirror with your hands hanging down on both sides of your body, then slowly raise your upper limbs over your head, and observe any changes in the breasts, including the outline of the breasts, whether there are any swellings, whether there are any slight depressions in the skin, or retraction of the nipples. Next, put your hands on your hips and observe whether your breasts are symmetrical.

Or you can do a self-examination in a supine position. Place a pillow under the shoulder blade on the side of the breast being examined, and gradually move the examination around the nipple. Start checking from the outside and upper part of the breast, clockwise for the right breast and counterclockwise for the left breast; start from the periphery of the breast and gradually move toward the center until you reach the nipple. Finally, gently squeeze the nipple between your thumb and index finger to observe for nipple discharge. If you find any abnormality, seek medical attention immediately.

Breast health exercises, keep away from diseases

Step 1: Press your armpit with one hand, support the outer breast with the other hand, and gently push upward with your palm.

Step 2: Place your palms against your breasts and massage in circles from the inside out.

Step 3: Place one hand on the sternum and massage in a spiral motion towards the armpit.

Step 4: Hold the breast with one hand and gently tap the breast from bottom to top with the other hand.

Step 5: Use the tips of four fingers to tap the opposite breast, centering on the areola, and tap in a circular motion 5 times.

Step 6: Use your thumb and index finger to massage the lump in the opposite breast. If there is no lump, massage the breast from the inside of the breast to the armpit.
