1. Put the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of one hand together and place them on the opposite breast. With the nipple as the center, make circles from the outer edge of the breast to the inside in a clockwise direction. Do this 10 times on each breast. It can promote local blood circulation, increase nutrition supply to the breast, and promote estrogen secretion.

2. Put four fingers together, cover the lower edge of the chest with the palm and fingertips, and slide and massage from the outside to the inside until the skin care product is fully absorbed. This can effectively improve the phenomenon of outward expansion of the chest.

3. Put four fingers together, cover the outer edge of the chest with the palm and fingertips, and slide from bottom to top while pushing the excess fat under the armpits inwards. Massage until the skin care product is completely absorbed. This can prevent breast sagging and help improve the phenomenon of accessory breast.

4. Stand with your legs apart, bend forward and push back. Holding the puller, stretch your arms straight forward at the level of your shoulders, then stretch your arms backward and push your chest forward. Do this set of movements several times in a row, preferably 25-30 times per minute.

5. Stand with dumbbells in your hands, with one hand raised in front of you at shoulder height and the other hand hanging down along the side of your body. Then raise the dumbbells with both arms alternately up and down in front of the body, repeating 25-30 times per minute.

6. Lie on your back and hold dumbbells at your sides. Then take turns raising the dumbbells with both arms above your head at the same speed.

Doctors recommend that women maintain their breasts through daily exercise. After working for a period of time, they can do some appropriate exercises such as chest expansion, deep breathing, hand shaking, waist rotation, etc. to help activate meridians, promote qi and blood, effectively pull the breasts and surrounding tissues to participate in the exercise, and prevent aging of breast tissue.

In addition, doing breast massage for more than ten minutes every day can enhance the coordinated activity of chest muscles, reduce blood stasis, and accelerate venous blood return.
