Is it good to wash fungal vaginitis?

Candidal vaginitis is a relatively common gynecological disease, and it affects a wide range of people, mainly middle-aged women. The private parts of patients with candidal vaginitis are more sensitive, and due to increased secretions, the private parts are more susceptible to bacterial infection. Therefore, patients with candidal vaginitis should pay attention to personal hygiene, especially clean the genitals in time. So, is it good to flush fungal vaginitis?

OK. However, it is best to rinse with baking soda water, which has a certain therapeutic effect on fungal infections.

Candidal vaginitis is a common gynecological disease, often with vulvar itching, increased secretions, and leucorrhea that looks like tofu dregs. It can be treated by flushing with sodium bicarbonate solution and then inserting nystatin tablets, which has a significant effect. Mild candidal vaginitis can also be rinsed with light salt water. You should also pay attention to personal hygiene, change underwear frequently, rinse with running water, avoid cross infection, and avoid unclean sexual life.

Treatment of vaginal candidiasis:

1. First eliminate the cause of candidal vaginitis.

2. Place fungicidal drugs into the vagina, such as clotrimazole suppositories, nystatin suppositories, and miconazole suppositories. If vaginal ejaculation is inconvenient, you can take oral medications such as fluconazole. Generally, combined medication is more effective. If the condition is serious, the combined use of intravenous injection and intravaginal placement of antifungal drugs will have better results. If you have a sexual partner, you should be examined and treated at the same time. Sexual intercourse should be prohibited during treatment to avoid cross infection and affect the treatment effect. Treatment should follow the regular course of treatment.

How to avoid the recurrence of candidal vaginitis:

1. Change your underwear frequently.

2. Used basins, towels, changed underwear and other items should be washed with boiling water.

3. It is best to use running water to clean the vulva, which will clean it more thoroughly. Never use a foot basin to wash the vulva.

4. It is best to use up the sanitary napkin after opening the package. If you cannot use it up, you should dry it in the sun before the next use.
