What not to eat during early pregnancy

4. Hawthorn fruit. Pregnant women prefer to eat sour things, so hawthorn fruit becomes the preferred fresh fruit. Hawthorn fruit has a stimulating effect on the uterus. Pregnant women who eat more may cause uterine contractions and cause the possibility of miscarriage, so they should eat less.

5. Canned fruit foods. A certain amount of preservatives are added during the production process of canned fruit foods, such as artificial melanin, spices, additives, etc. Although this preservative has little effect on healthy adults, it is harmful to the health of pregnant women if they consume too much. In addition, the nutritional value of canned foods is not high. After high-temperature processing, the vitamins and other nutrients in the foods have been destroyed to a certain extent.
