How to relieve toe pain in late pregnancy

When a woman reaches the late stage of pregnancy, her belly will become particularly large. At this time, she may experience various uncomfortable reactions. Because of the pressure of the belly, her legs may become swollen. If she walks a long distance, her feet will also become swollen, and she may even experience pain in her toes. This is normal. So how can you relieve toe pain in the late stage of pregnancy?

Most pregnant women who experience pubic pain in the late stages of pregnancy will experience some relief after giving birth, because the main cause of pubic pain is the pressure of the baby's chubby body. As we can see from the picture above, the pubic bone looks like an inverted triangle as a whole, with the pubic symphysis at the bottom in the middle, which is also the place with the greatest force and can be easily stretched open by the baby. The sciatic bones at the lower left and right corners are also a nightmare for many pregnant mothers.

When the baby is born, the sciatic problem will heal automatically, but if the pubic symphysis is separated, it will not go back automatically after the baby is born; it will just no longer cause pressure so there will be no pain. So many young girls become young women, and young women become middle-aged women, because their figures change after repeated pregnancies and childbirths.

Many new mothers feel that their figures are out of shape. They are not fat, but they no longer walk gracefully. This is probably because of this reason. And if you get pregnant again, you will most likely experience pain again.

If you are a pregnant mother, it is recommended that you relieve pain in the late pregnancy:

Sleep on your side with a blanket, pillow or stuffed animal between your legs. Spreading your legs a little further apart may help relieve the pain.

When you get up, sit down to put on your pants and shoes, and avoid putting one leg on the ground, as this will aggravate the pain caused by uneven pressure.

When turning over or moving in bed, try to keep your legs balanced.

When sitting, place a lumbar pillow behind your back to avoid sitting still for long periods of time, and do not sit cross-legged.

Do not carry heavy objects when traveling. If you have a big belly, you can use a belly support belt to share the pressure.

If you are a pregnant woman or have lost your body shape, it is recommended that you exercise like this:

No matter what time it is, whether you are standing or sitting, as long as you remember, please keep your chest and head up and adjust your posture. A comfortable posture does not necessarily mean it is correct.

When sitting, do not cross your legs. Let your legs hang parallel and naturally. You can stand on tiptoes and gently lift your legs upwards.

Wear shoes with slight heels or almost flat soles one year after giving birth, and remember to supplement calcium.

Use a pelvic support belt if you can stick with it. Otherwise, you can try to lift your anus and tighten your vagina more often.
