What should I do if I feel nauseous 9 days after having sex?

Although modern society is more open than before, many girls are still relatively traditional. They prefer to save their virginity for their wedding night, so they know relatively little about sexual intercourse. For example, some women feel nauseous nine days after having sex, and feel sick to their stomachs no matter what they eat. In such a situation, what should they do?

You can check your blood HCG. Blood HCG can confirm or rule out early pregnancy as early as possible. After ruling out early pregnancy, you can check six sex hormones and regulate your menstruation based on the results of the six sex hormone tests.

Clinical significance

To explore the clinical significance of β-HCG ratio (48h/Oh) in pregnancy and to select the optimal threshold of blood β-HCG ratio in pregnancy failure. Methods: A total of 806 early pregnant women with positive urine test results in hospital and outpatient clinics this year were randomly selected as the research group. The blood β-HCG ratio was detected by chemiluminescence method, and various pregnancy conditions were analyzed. At the same time, the optimal threshold of blood β-HCG ratio in pregnancy failure was selected. Results Among 806 women with early pregnancy, intrauterine pregnancy accounted for 86.60% (698/806), ectopic pregnancy accounted for 1.74% (14/806), and pregnancy failure accounted for 11.66% (94/806). The β-HCG ratio for intrauterine pregnancy was 1.68±0.68 (P<0.05), ectopic pregnancy was 1.16±0.47 (p<0.05), and pregnancy failure was 0.69±0.51 (p<0.05). The β-HCG ratio of 0.81 was the best threshold for predicting pregnancy failure, with a sensitivity of 95.3% and a specificity of 94.1%.

in conclusion:

The blood β-HCG ratio can be used as an indicator for judging intrauterine pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy and pregnancy failure; patients with a β-HCG ratio <0.81 are more likely to have pregnancy failure, and patients with a ratio exceeding 1.68 are more likely to have intrauterine pregnancy.

Analytical Methods

Chemiluminescent immunoassay is a method for detecting changes in blood β-HCG concentration. It is of great value in the diagnosis, treatment and observation of early pregnancy, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and gestational trophoblastic disease. In addition, the level of β-HCG can be used to predict pregnancy outcomes [1]. It has a good application prospect. In order to understand the situation of the hook effect in the detection of blood β-HCG by chemiluminescent immunoassay, we analyzed the results of 887 blood β-HCG tests using this method.
