1. Body aches

These symptoms are medically called carpal tunnel syndrome, which is mainly caused by physiological water and sodium retention during pregnancy, which causes local edema in the carpal tunnel of the wrist and compression of the nerves. Symptoms usually begin to ease in the late stages of pregnancy and usually heal on their own after delivery.

3. Lower back pain

Low back pain often occurs in the last three months of pregnancy, mainly caused by two diseases, one is pelvic pain syndrome, the other is dense sacroiliitis, rather than any kidney deficiency.

Pregnant women must pay attention to their workload and working hours during pregnancy. Excessive workload during pregnancy will lead to problems such as unstable fetal position.
