Itchy vaginal discharge during ovulation

Itchy vaginal discharge during ovulation

During the ovulation period, if a female friend's leucorrhea has some strange phenomena, such as darker color, appearing like white tofu dregs, etc., such phenomena are quite abnormal. Friends should do relevant examinations in time. Common gynecological diseases can cause such symptoms.

There is tofu dregs during the ovulation period, which means that the leucorrhea is in the form of tofu dregs, bean curd-like leucorrhea, or leucorrhea in the form of tofu dregs or curd-like small pieces, which are all caused by fungal infection and are often accompanied by vulvar itching.

Currently, most drugs used in clinical treatment of bacterial vulvitis and vaginitis are imidazole drugs, which have excellent antifungal effects. Therefore, after oral and topical treatment, the patient's symptoms will quickly improve or disappear. However, this does not mean that the fungal vulvovaginitis has been cured, but that Candida has been temporarily suppressed.

Therefore, patients should never stop taking the medicine, but should follow the doctor's instructions, complete the course of treatment (the medicine can be suspended during menstruation), and then go to the hospital for a gynecological examination and microscopic examination of vaginal secretions after cleaning. A negative result means that the patient has recovered recently. Treatment will continue if necessary. Only when gynecological examinations and microscopic examinations of vaginal secretions show no abnormalities for three consecutive months can it be considered completely cured. The medicine should be used under the guidance of a doctor to avoid adverse reactions.

Precautions during ovulation

Women must pay attention to various safety precautions during ovulation, avoid being disturbed by diseases, and these details of life must be adhered to.

1. You should have your own dedicated towel and use running water to wash your private parts when you shower.

2. After each defecation, it is best to develop a habit of washing with warm water to prevent intestinal bacteria from taking the opportunity to enter the vagina and cause inflammation.

3. Drink enough water every day to reduce the bacteria growing in the urethra.

4. When there is a lot of secretion, you can use a hair dryer set to warm air to dry your vulva after taking a shower. After taking a shower, you should wear underwear after your vulva is relatively dry. Nowadays, there are many people who only wear skirts without underwear at home, or do not wear underwear when sleeping. This is better for the vagina, as it allows it to ventilate and dry. But bedding should be changed frequently and kept clean.

5. Be careful when choosing sanitary products, and use less sanitary pads and toilet paper containing fragrances, pigments or deodorizing ingredients. In addition, do not use soap or shower gel to clean the vagina, because most ordinary shower gels and soaps are alkaline, with a pH value of 7.

The above will easily destroy the weak acid environment and cause gynecological diseases.

6. It is best to wear cotton underwear that is absorbent and breathable. In hot seasons, it is best not to wear tights. When sitting in public places, try not to wear miniskirts to avoid letting your underwear touch the seat.

7. Wash underwear separately from other clothes and use mild detergent. Some detergents or softeners may cause allergic reactions. If you feel something is wrong, it is best not to use them.
