The first breast massage technique

1. Use one palm to lift the breast from the base, and use the thenar muscle (the large muscle group at the base of the thumb) of the other hand to push towards the nipple several times.

2. Use both hands to gently twist the nipples for about 30 seconds.

3. Use the thenar muscles of both hands to massage the chest for 2 to 3 minutes, from the outside to the nipple.

4. Use both hands to massage the waist alternately (clockwise) until the skin on the waist feels warm.

The second massage technique

1. Wash your hands and apply mild, non-irritating, pure natural ointment or a little milk on your hands.

2. Give the breast physical therapy or hot compress first.

3. Relax your mind.

4. Squeeze the areola and gently massage the breast skin. This will help stimulate milk production.

5. Massage the breast from the outside toward the nipple with moderate force. In addition, do not massage vigorously in a circular motion.

When massaging, applying some olive oil and moisturizer can increase the effect of massage and make the breast skin more elastic and feel better.

2. Immunity can be enhanced

Rub the thymus with your hands 200 times a day. The thymus is about four fingers wide below the depression between the collarbones under the neck. Make a hollow fist and rub the body back and forth on both sides of the thymus to enhance immunity.

3. Keep breasts young

4. Keep breasts firm and not sagging

At this time, you should massage more, place your hands along the lower side of the breasts, and begin to gather the breasts upwards. Do this 20 to 30 times a day, which can have the effect of lifting your breasts.

5. Detect breast lumps early

Many women believe that breast problems only occur when they are painful or itchy, but they don’t know that lumps that don’t hurt or itch are one of the symptoms of breast cancer, so don’t take it lightly.
