4. Moxibustion

Constipation can induce dysmenorrhea and increase pain. Women who experience abdominal pain during menstruation should have a diversified diet and not be picky eaters. They should regularly eat vegetables and fruits that have the effect of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, such as shepherd's purse, orchid root, coriander, carrots, oranges, bergamot, ginger, etc.
