Breast hyperplasia type 1

Breast hyperplasia type 1

Breast hyperplasia has become a common disease among many women nowadays. Most women are deeply troubled by breast hyperplasia, but basically cannot detect it. They are all discovered during physical examinations in hospitals. After the occurrence of breast hyperplasia, many people suffer from the disease aggravated by not paying attention or using incorrect methods, such as too much work pressure, irregular life, mental abnormalities, etc.

People with a family history of cancer, especially those whose mother or sister is a breast cancer patient, have a 30% higher incidence rate than other people.

The risk for those who did not breastfeed, never gave birth, or gave birth late was 1.5 times, 30%, and 3-4 times higher, respectively.

During adolescence, breasts become abnormally enlarged. If you touch your breasts too much when you are a minor, the chances of this happening are high.

The incidence rate is high when inappropriate substances are used to fill the breasts.

People who have high work pressure, irregular life, mental abnormalities, introverted personality, and unhappy early life.

People who have a high-fat diet.

Women who are particularly obese above the waist, whose waist circumference is similar to their hip circumference, or those who are particularly weak before menopause.

People who drink frequently, especially young women who drink 3-6 times a week, each time drinking 250ml of beer or 180ml of liquor, have a 30%-60% higher chance of developing breast cancer in the future.

People who are in menopause or have irregular menstruation, or whose menstruation starts too early, which often happens before the age of 12; or whose menstrual period is too late, which often happens after the age of 55; or whose menstrual period is particularly short. Generally, people whose menstrual period is less than 21 days have a greater chance of getting sick.

People with abnormal breasts, high breast density, and firm breasts have a high incidence rate.

Breast hyperplasia is not a serious gynecological disease. Most women with breast hyperplasia do not have obvious abnormal symptoms and may not even need treatment. However, if you want to prevent breast hyperplasia or alleviate its symptoms, you might as well start by changing your lifestyle habits.
