This method is very applicable to patients with vulvar hypopigmentation and patients who have ruled out malignant changes. If there are growths in the vulva, or patients with ulcers that cannot be cured after long-term treatment, it is necessary to diagnose and rule out malignant changes. Of course, it is also very applicable to patients with specific infections in the vulva, such as genital warts or tuberculosis.
