Dysmenorrhea occurs before and during each menstruation, and painkillers are required to relieve the symptoms. As the disease worsens, the relief time of painkillers is gradually shortened, and the dosage of the medicine is also increasing. What are the symptoms of uterine myopathy? Secondary dysmenorrhea occurs in older women, that is, when they are nearly 40 years old. The dysmenorrhea gradually worsens and is often spasmodic, making it impossible to carry out daily work. Dysmenorrhea is caused by edema and bleeding of the ectopic endometrium during menstruation, which stimulates the spasmodic contraction of the muscle wall. The menstrual volume increases, the menstrual period is prolonged, and a few may have spotting before and after menstruation. This is because the size of the uterus increases, the area of ​​the endometrium in the uterine cavity increases, and the ectopic endometrium between the uterine muscle walls affects the contraction of uterine muscle fibers.
