How to change the timing of menstruation?

A woman's body is in a special state when she is menstruating, especially because she is weaker and may lack sufficient physical strength, which will affect her work. More importantly, although menstruation is relatively regular, it is impossible to accurately predict when it will come. It may be in the morning or late at night. For example, some women have to face very important things in their lives in the next few days and do not allow their bodies to have any problems, so they need to forcibly change their menstrual period. How to change the timing of menstruation?

Women's menstruation is regular, with periodic uterine bleeding. Menstruation is one of the signs of the maturity of female reproductive function. If female friends really want to postpone their menstruation for important reasons, they can start taking some oral medications one week before the next menstrual period, two tablets a day, until three days before the date of your scheduled postponed menstruation.

The menstrual cycle is regulated by the endocrine system. Generally speaking, it is best not to interfere with it manually. If there are special reasons, you can use certain methods to delay menstruation under the guidance of a doctor. However, artificially delaying menstruation will bring side effects to the body and may also cause menstrual disorders.

Generally speaking, the wedding date should be chosen as far away from the menstrual period as possible. Under normal circumstances, a woman's cervix is tightly closed and her vagina has a natural defense mechanism to resist the invasion of pathogenic bacteria. However, when menstruation comes, the pelvic cavity becomes congested, the cervix opens slightly, the defense system in the vagina is damaged by menstrual blood, and the ability to resist pathogenic bacteria decreases. In addition, the bride is overworked due to preparing for the wedding, which causes a decrease in her overall resistance. If a wedding is held at this time and sexual intercourse occurs, it may harm the bride's health.

If for some reason the wedding date cannot be avoided during the menstrual period, you can choose any of the following medicines to delay the menstrual period starting from 3 days before the menstrual period.

1. Take 4-8 mg of medroxyprogesterone tablets orally once a day.

2. Take 2.5 mg of norethisterone (Fukang tablets) orally once a day.

3. Take 4-8 mg of megestrol acetate (Funing tablets) orally once a day.

The above three drugs are all artificially synthesized progestins, which can delay the shedding of the endometrium and postpone the onset of menstruation. A few days after stopping the medication, the endometrium sheds due to the loss of support from progesterone, and menstruation begins.
