After women with polycystic ovary syndrome become pregnant, their endocrine levels will also be affected, mainly affecting the levels of estrogen and progesterone, which will increase the probability of miscarriage. Pregnancy also increases the risk of gestational diabetes, so you should pay more attention to your diet after pregnancy.

Polycystic syndrome is closely related to diet, and androgens are stored in fat, so women with this disease are often obese. Losing weight is very helpful for this disease, increasing the chance of ovulation and adjusting the cycle. Losing weight cannot ignore the loss of body weight. It cannot be controlled only by dieting. Exercise should be added. The reduction of body fat is the real weight loss.
