Free fluid dark area in the pelvis

During an ultrasound examination, if a free fluid dark area is seen in the pelvic cavity, this indicates the presence of pelvic effusion. Of course, pelvic effusion can be divided into several situations, mainly physiological pelvic effusion and pathological pelvic effusion. If it is physiological, don't worry too much, just strengthen good conditioning in daily life. If it is pathological pelvic effusion, continue to have good examinations and receive regular treatment.

Free fluid dark area in the pelvis

If you don’t have any symptoms, it doesn’t matter. Generally speaking, there are several possibilities for pelvic effusion. One is after ovulation. When ovulation occurs, follicular fluid and some blood enter the pelvic cavity. In case of pelvic inflammation, there may also be a little pelvic fluid accumulation. But in this case you will have abdominal pain. Another type is when there is an ectopic pregnancy. Or the corpus luteum may rupture.

How can women protect their pelvis?

1. Take your time with gynecological examinations

Try to avoid unnecessary gynecological examinations to prevent the infection from spreading and the inflammation from spreading. You should go to a regular hospital for a gynecological examination.

2. Take good contraceptive measures

Repeated abortions are also the cause of pelvic inflammatory disease in many young women. If you do not take good contraceptive measures during sexual life, you can easily get infected. If you do not want to have a baby, you must take good contraceptive measures to avoid too much additional trauma to your body.

3. Pay attention to your diet

If women eat too much cold food, their blood will coagulate when it encounters cold, and blood circulation will be hindered, resulting in poor detoxification, especially during menstruation, when menstrual blood flow is blocked and they feel dysmenorrhea. Therefore, they should eat less cold food on a daily basis, especially if they are weak or have a cold body.

4. Get a good night’s sleep

Good sleep is the basis for all physiological activities of the body. Only with good sleep can we have normal metabolism and good immune function and prevent harm from pathogenic bacteria. A regular lifestyle, diet, proper exercise, and maintaining a good attitude are the top priorities for improving physical fitness.

5. Sexual intercourse is the source of all diseases

Improper sexual intercourse is the main cause of many gynecological diseases. For example, having sex too frequently, not paying attention to hygiene before and after sex, or the woman not urinating and cleaning in time after sex, these bad habits will bring foreign bacteria into the vagina, causing the bacteria to grow and multiply rapidly, ascend to the pelvic cavity and cause inflammation.

6. Pay attention to genital hygiene

Women should usually take good care of their genitals. Do not flush the vagina by yourself, and do not frequently use some strong alkaline private care solutions for cleaning. This will destroy the original balanced environment of the vaginal flora and make it more likely to cause pelvic inflammatory disease. In fact, many patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease are caused by these bad habits.

7. Exercise regularly

Participate in various forms of sports activities, especially endurance sports such as running and mountain climbing, to enhance your body's resistance. Take advantage of every possible time and opportunity to strengthen your exercise, such as riding a bicycle to get off work, getting off the bus two stops early and walking to work or home, standing up and stretching your muscles during breaks, doing waist twisting and leg stretching while watching TV at home...
