Nipple Correction

Nipple Correction

Breasts are a very beautiful part of the female body structure. Healthy breasts should be perky and have protruding nipples. However, many women in life have sunken nipples. This is actually a developmental problem. Many times it affects the beauty and can also cause some trouble for baby feeding. So what should we do if nipples are sunken?

First of all, it hinders bodybuilding and affects breastfeeding.

Second, due to inverted nipples, they are often forcibly pulled out during breastfeeding. At this time, the nipples are very delicate and once collided, they are easily damaged, ruptured and bleed, which can cause infection of the nipples and even the entire breast, and eventually mastitis.

Third, nipples are very important sexual sensitive points for women. The sexual desire of many women is achieved through nipple stimulation. Once the nipples are sunken, it is difficult to exert effective sexual stimulation and may even affect the male's sexual desire.

Causes of Inverted Nipple

1. Wearing too tight underwear during breast development can easily lead to inverted nipples.

2. Wearing a bra that is too small or wearing a bra too early can cause breast retraction.

3. Family heredity may cause inverted nipples. For example, if your mother has inverted nipples, then you are much more likely to suffer from inverted nipples than other people.

Classification of inverted nipples

1. Mild inverted nipple: You only need to squeeze the nipple with your hands to make it protrude, and the shape of the nipple can also remain normal. As long as you persist in doing this every day, it can be completely cured.

2. Moderate nipple inversion: This degree of nipple inversion cannot be simply squeezed out by hand, and can only be cured by negative pressure suction.

3. Severe nipple inversion: This degree of nipple inversion requires surgical methods to be effectively corrected, such as traction method, biomaterial filling method, etc.

The dangers of inverted nipples

First, it hinders bodybuilding and affects breastfeeding.

Second, due to the inverted nipple, the nipple is often forcibly pulled out during breastfeeding. At this time, the nipple is very delicate and can be easily damaged, ruptured and bleeding once it is bumped, which can cause infection of the nipple or even the entire breast, and eventually mastitis.

Third, nipples are very important sexual sensitive points for women. Many women's sexual desire is achieved through nipple stimulation. Once the nipples are sunken, it is difficult to exert effective sexual stimulation, and it may even affect the man's sexual desire.

method

1. Manual traction: Adolescence is an important period for breast development and also an important period for correcting inverted nipples. Regularly pulling the nipples can make the breasts protrude, increase the supporting strength of the surrounding skin, and play a "shaping" role. Several times a day. Over time, the nipples will naturally bulge outward. If you can't pull it out, push the skin of the breast near the nipple outwards first.

2. Suction therapy: After pregnancy, use a breast pump to suck the nipple several times a day, using the negative pressure to cause the nipple to bulge.

3. Nipple correctors are used to treat flat or inverted nipples.

4. Nipple stretching exercises. First, place the thumbs of both hands parallel to each other on both sides of the nipples, and then slowly extend them from the nipples to the outside on both sides in parallel, pulling the areola and subcutaneous tissue to make the nipples protrude outward. Repeat this movement several times. Finally, place your thumbs on the upper and lower sides of the nipple, stretching vertically from both sides of the nipple. Do this twice a day for 5 minutes each time.[1]

.

5. Nipple traction exercises. Hold up your breast with one hand, and use the thumb, middle finger and index finger of the other hand to grab the nipple and pull it outward. Do this twice a day, about ten times each time.
