There is a fleshy lump near the vaginal opening

The female vagina is a very fragile place. If a woman does not pay attention to protecting her vagina, she is very likely to be infected with bacteria and suffer from gynecological diseases. Therefore, female friends must pay great attention to their vaginal health problems. However, some women found a lump of flesh next to their vaginal opening, and most of these lumps are accompanied by an itchy feeling. So what disease causes this lump of flesh?

1. What is the reason for a fleshy lump next to the vaginal opening?

If the patient has a non-contracted sexual life, and whether the growth is single or has smaller ones next to it, then genital warts may be considered.

2. Symptoms of genital warts

1. Location

The incubation period of genital warts is 1 to 6 months, usually 3 months. In men, it occurs in the coronal sulcus, foreskin, glans, frenulum, urethral opening, penis body, perianal area, etc. The initial symptoms of genital warts in women occur on the labia majora and minora, perineum, vaginal opening, vagina, urethra, cervix, and in places such as the perianal area.

2. Early stage form

In the early stages, they are light red papules, which gradually increase in number and merge into nipple-shaped, cauliflower-shaped or cockscomb-shaped growths of varying shapes and sizes. There may be symptoms such as itching, trauma, pain, bleeding and friction, and vaginal discharge. In the early stage of genital warts, the warts are relatively tender. Initially, the warts are small and light red or light gray. Then they gradually expand and increase in number, and the color gradually deepens to pink, brown, bright red, some are white, and even black. The surface of warts is generally moist, soft and easily bleeds upon contact.

3. Post-production shape

As time goes by, due to various secretions, leucorrhea, dirt or bleeding, the gaps will appear like blood crusts or thick juice, and often have an odor. A few warts have thickened keratin and hardened surface.

3. The harmfulness of genital warts

Genital warts recur repeatedly and are difficult to control. They are sometimes painful and severe, causing patients to feel that they are burdened too much and develop psychological disorders, fear of cancer, fear of infecting their sexual partners, avoid sexual intercourse with their sexual partners, and be unwilling to interact with the opposite sex, leading to sexual dysfunction, disrupting family harmony, and even leading to depression. Genital warts can cause cancer.
