In the first few days after I confirmed I was pregnant, I didn’t have any major pregnancy reactions, I just felt so excited!

After a few days, I suddenly felt like I liked this or that, so I would buy what I liked, and I would also be a little bit indulgent and instigate my husband to run errands, because I thought I was the focus of attention now, hehe.

After living a good life for about a week, you will find that you need to urinate very frequently, sometimes you need to get up several times to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and gradually you will feel that your appetite is not so good. Sometimes you will unconsciously dislike or like food, but generally you will feel greasy about food, feel no appetite, and don't want to eat.

This stage is actually the beginning of pregnancy reaction. If you feel that you have no appetite at this time, you can eat some fruits to reduce your nausea about food. When I was pregnant, I was told that it would be bad for the growth of the child if I didn’t eat. In fact, the child will not grow much at this stage, so the nutrients you eat have little to do with the child. Therefore, you can eat whatever you feel hungry, which will make you feel better and your body will not be so uncomfortable.

When I was pregnant, the most important thing was that after eating, I always felt that the food was stuck in my throat and would not come down. However, my stomach was still hungry when it was time to eat. In short, I felt terrible. During this period, the husband should take time to pay attention to Bao's mother. The husband's comfort will make Bao's mother's mood relieve a lot, because the child is the child of both of them, and the pain is borne by Bao's mother, so the husband should pay more attention to his wife!

During the early stages of pregnancy, women's moods change rapidly. They usually become irritable and easily angered, and will become petty over trivial matters. Therefore, as long as the husband understands that pregnancy causes endocrine imbalance, he usually doesn't take it to heart and argue with her, otherwise there will definitely be disputes between the two. At this time, it is appropriate for the husband to make necessary concessions to his wife!

After experiencing the confusion in the first month of pregnancy and the physical discomfort and changes in the second month, there will basically be some pregnancy reactions in the third month. You can eat some whole grains to prevent severe pregnancy reactions, such as: potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, loofah, etc., as well as fruits. From my own experience, I feel it is very effective. Now I am a mother myself, and I feel that after that period of life is over, I will be basically happy afterwards. Therefore, I also wish all pregnant mothers can survive that torturous period and enter a happy moment!
