1. Control your diet

If the mother is overweight, it may cause excessive fat accumulation, affecting the progress of delivery, increasing the difficulty of delivery, and leading to prolonged delivery or caesarean section. The first key to controlling your weight is to start with your diet. Some people eat less in the early stages of pregnancy, so they don't pay much attention to anything. Because the pelvic floor muscles are circular sphincters, they can be contracted and tightened, and a lifting effect can be added during practice. All of this requires conscious control, and it feels similar to lifting the anus. Once you find it, coordinate with your breathing. Mothers in the second trimester can contract and lift their pelvic floor muscles when exhaling, and relax them when inhaling. Mothers in the third trimester should do the opposite, tightening and lifting when inhaling, and relaxing when exhaling. One inhalation and one exhalation counts as a set. Practice once a day, 50-60 sets each time.
