Transplantation is mainly aimed at people with infertility. In order to reproduce and have their own babies, they use in vitro fertilization technology to develop embryos. Transplantation refers to the transplantation of the embryo into the body of a woman who needs to conceive. If the embryo transplant is successful, the woman will show symptoms of pregnancy. Women’s physical signs will also change after transplantation. Is it normal to have vaginal discharge after transplantation? The success of in vitro fertilization depends on whether the embryo can implant successfully, and the key to embryo implantation lies in the two days after the embryo is transplanted into the female's uterus. Therefore, many women will be very cautious after transplantation, and if any problem occurs, they will think about whether it will affect the success rate of IVF. Increased vaginal discharge is a symptom that is very likely to occur after in vitro fertilization transplantation. Leucorrhea is a female vaginal discharge, which is a mixture of vaginal mucosal exudates, cervical canal and endometrial gland secretions. Its formation is related to the action of estrogen. Under normal circumstances, the quality and quantity of leucorrhea changes with the menstrual cycle. After the menstruation is over, the leucorrhea is less in amount, white in color and in a paste form. In the middle of the menstrual cycle when the ovaries are about to ovulate, due to the vigorous secretion of the cervical glands, the leucorrhea increases and becomes transparent, slightly sticky, and egg white-like. 2 to 3 days after ovulation, the leucorrhea becomes turbid, thick and sticky but with less amount. Before and after menstruation, due to pelvic congestion, vaginal mucosal exudate increases and leucorrhea often increases. After this symptom appears, many women don’t know why it happens and they worry all day long. Naturally, their mood becomes very low and they are under great psychological pressure. Subsequently, it affects the implantation of the embryo and leads to the failure of in vitro fertilization. In healthy women, increased vaginal discharge is directly proportional to increased estrogen levels in the body. For example, increased vaginal discharge may occur during ovulation or pregnancy, when the endometrium grows too long, or after using estrogen drugs. It is normal for women to have increased leucorrhea after IVF embryo transfer. This is a sign of early pregnancy. If the embryo has implanted successfully, the hormone level in the woman's body will increase, and the woman's vaginal secretions - leucorrhea - will also increase. It is a normal physiological reaction for women to have vaginal discharge. Normal vaginal discharge is colorless and transparent like egg white, with no irritating odor. Whether a woman is normal or a woman who has undergone in vitro fertilization and is waiting for the embryo to implant, if the color, taste, and amount of leucorrhea are abnormal, it should be taken seriously. Because if the color and smell of leucorrhea are abnormal, it means it will cause harm to women. |
