What should I do if my period doesn't stop?

To cure inflammation, you can take some medicine to treat it. In normal times, pay attention to personal hygiene during menstruation and avoid having sex during menstruation. If you don't want to go, you can try taking certain granules for 3 days. During the bleeding period, you should avoid excessive fatigue and rest more.

In daily life, you should keep the area clean to prevent infection, pay attention to proper rest, avoid mental stress, excessive fatigue or strenuous exercise, increase nutrition, and eat more protein-rich foods as well as vegetables and fruits.

Irregular menstruation can bring more hidden dangers to women's health, such as menstrual arthritis, menstrual rash, menstrual toothache, menstrual asthma, endometriosis, cervicitis, etc. It is recommended to go to the hospital for treatment in time.
