Is it normal to feel dizzy and nauseous one month into pregnancy?

Many women do not understand what symptoms they will experience during their first pregnancy. Some women who are expecting a second child experience different symptoms during their second pregnancy than during their first, which causes them to be confused about some of their own symptoms. Some pregnant women experience symptoms of dizziness and nausea one month into pregnancy. I want to know if it is normal to feel dizzy and nauseous one month into pregnancy? Let's take a look at what symptoms may occur in early pregnancy.

1. Will you feel nausea and dizziness in early pregnancy?

Generally, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, salivation, preference for sour foods, aversion to greasy foods, gastrointestinal bloating accompanied by a burning sensation, fullness in the upper abdomen, and constipation may occur during early pregnancy.

Many pregnant women in early pregnancy often feel nauseous and vomiting, especially at the beginning of the day. These symptoms vary from person to person, and some people have very mild symptoms, while others have very severe symptoms. Unless you have severe nausea and vomiting, you don't need to see a doctor. Otherwise, these are normal phenomena in early pregnancy. Some severe cases may need to continue throughout pregnancy.

This is mainly related to the level of hCG itself. If it is seriously affected, it will affect the child's development and your own health. You can go to the hospital for nutritional support treatment and supplements.

2. What are the symptoms of early pregnancy

1. Stop menstruation. As long as the woman is of normal childbearing age, has normal menstruation, and has sexual intercourse for more than two weeks after the normal menstrual period, she may be pregnant.

2. Breast tingling, swelling and itching. This is a physiological phenomenon in early pregnancy. There may be changes such as darkening of the areola, obvious veins under the skin of the breast, and obvious protrusion of the nipple.

3. Nausea and vomiting. Many pregnant women in early pregnancy often experience nausea and vomiting, especially in the morning. These symptoms also vary from person to person, with some people experiencing mild symptoms while others experiencing severe ones.

4. Changes in skin color. Skin pigmentation or stretch marks may occur on the abdominal wall, especially in the later stages of pregnancy.

5. Discoloration of mucous membranes. In early pregnancy, the mucous membranes may appear darker due to congestion.

6. Easily tired. In the early stages of pregnancy, you may feel tired and sleepy. Prefer to go to bed earlier, but find it harder to get up in the morning. Once it's 10:00 p.m., you'll feel like you need to find a place to lie down and take a break. Exercise becomes a high-consumption activity. You used to love shopping, but now shopping makes you feel very tired and even dizzy.

7. Frequent urination. During the third month of pregnancy, the bladder is compressed by the growing uterus, causing its capacity to decrease, resulting in frequent urination.

8. Bulimia or anorexia. A well-known sign of pregnancy is cravings for certain foods or special foods. A common but little-known pregnancy phenomenon is aversion to certain foods. You may find yourself losing your appetite for foods that you once loved.
