Therefore, it is not recommended to buy directly on the market. It is better to make it at home. Use water made from good quality tea and add milk to mix. If you like sweetness, you can add honey. It is not recommended to drink this homemade milk tea frequently, but it is okay to drink one or two cups occasionally.

1. Real milk tea has the nutrients of milk, including protein and amino acids. Tea also contains tea polyphenols, tea catechins, vitamins, etc., which can help postpartum women remove greasiness, aid digestion, and eliminate fatigue. However, most of the milk tea on the market contain harmful substances such as flavors and trans fatty acids, so it is recommended that you make it yourself. Do not buy milk tea powder in supermarkets.

2. Milk tea cannot be consumed with eggs because the tannic acid in milk tea will reduce the body's absorption of protein.

3. Many mothers like to add ingredients such as coconut flakes, pearls or tapioca pearls to milk tea. These ingredients are not recommended for mothers who are breastfeeding or in confinement after childbirth.
