I have never had dysmenorrhea, but suddenly I have dysmenorrhea

Some women don’t feel anything during their menstruation, except for feeling bloated in the abdomen or breasts. However, they occasionally suffer from dysmenorrhea that catches them off guard, and they are even in so much pain that they cannot stand up. Why do they suddenly experience dysmenorrhea when they have never had it before? This problem needs to be considered from many aspects. Sometimes it is because of eating some cold food; or because of a previous illness; and sometimes it is caused by life pressure.

1. When you suddenly have dysmenorrhea, you can relieve it by taking painkillers. Taking painkillers is for patients with severe dysmenorrhea. Generally, if the pain is mild, it can be relieved by hot compress. When you suddenly have dysmenorrhea, you can apply a hot water bottle to your abdomen. If you don’t have a hot water bottle, you can use a cup of hot water to apply hot compress to your abdomen to relieve the pain.

2. Sudden dysmenorrhea can also be relieved through some simple techniques, such as acupressure. There are some acupressure points on our feet, which are connected to the veins in the pelvic area. There are acupressure points in the uterus and ovarian areas in the depressions on both sides of the ankles. When dysmenorrhea occurs suddenly, start by gently pinching with your thumb and other fingertips, then move up to the Achilles tendon to the calf muscle, alternating between your feet for a few minutes, which can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea. Practicing yoga and doing some simple yoga exercises can also help relieve the pain. Kneel down on your knees, sit on your heels, put your forehead on the ground, and stretch your arms along your sides. Hold this position for several minutes.

3. Patients with dysmenorrhea should pay attention to dietary regulation. As long as you adjust your diet, the incidence of dysmenorrhea will be reduced during the next menstruation. Try to reduce fat intake. Fat will increase estrogen levels. If you often eat fatty foods, the more oil you eat, the more estrogen your body will have, which will affect dysmenorrhea. Therefore, you should eat more grains, vegetables, beans and other plant foods in your daily life. These types of foods can excrete unnecessary estrogen from the body.

4. Dress beautifully

In winter, many girls still wear very thin clothes, in order to look good and "prefer style over warmth". But gradually I found that my menstruation no longer came on time, sometimes more than a month or two

My period only comes once a month, and the amount is much less than before. It is also accompanied by severe dysmenorrhea, and I even vomit when the pain is severe. In fact, if women catch a cold during menstruation, the blood vessels in the pelvis will constrict, leading to ovarian dysfunction, which can cause too little menstrual flow or even amenorrhea.

5. Poor eating habits

White-collar workers are under great work pressure, overthinking, having children later and later, having no time to eat well, blindly dieting to lose weight, and liking heavy food, etc. These are the culprits of menstrual disorders.

6. Introversion and loneliness

Women of childbearing age who are under long-term stress, excessive fear, sadness, sudden changes in living environment, strong desire to get pregnant, and intense ideological struggles can all affect their

The function of the ovaries is affected, so that the ovaries no longer secrete female estrogen and progesterone and no ovulate, and menstruation begins to become disordered. The study found that women with anxious, introverted, lonely, overthinking personalities and ovarian dysfunction are more likely to be exposed to negative psychological stimulation.

Amenorrhea is likely to occur under stimulation.
