However, women during their menstrual period should not eat these spicy and irritating foods, otherwise it may easily lead to dysmenorrhea, excessive menstrual bleeding and other symptoms.

3. Foods that affect sexual function: water chestnut, wild rice stem, wax gourd, kale, bracken, rabbit meat, black fungus, and hemp seeds.
