Pain on the side of the breast

Pain on the side of the breast

Women may occasionally experience breast pain, for example, some people may find that the side of their breast suddenly starts to hurt. In fact, there are many reasons for breast pain. Sometimes it is caused by getting angry, and sometimes it may be caused by abnormal secretion of female hormones in the body, causing breast pain. Of course, it may also be due to problems with the breasts. Let’s take a look at what causes pain on the side of the breast?

If you have pain in the left chest, excluding breast causes, there are currently two possibilities. The first is lung disease or pleural disease. At the same time, rib disease can also cause chest pain. The second is heart disease can also cause pain in the left chest. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital for treatment. A chest X-ray can be performed to see if there are any lesions in the lungs and pleura. An electrocardiogram is also required to see if the pain is caused by myocardial ischemia.

The current symptoms may be caused by breast hyperplasia. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for a follow-up examination. In addition, during the treatment period, do not eat spicy foods such as peppers, ginger, garlic, leeks, coriander, etc. Don't drink alcohol. Don't eat fishy foods such as beef and mutton. You should be in a good mood.

According to the narrative analysis, the patient suffers from breast hyperplasia. Fibrocystic breast disease is the most common breast disease in women, and its incidence ranks first among breast diseases. In recent years, the incidence of this disease has been increasing year by year, and the age of patients has been getting younger and younger. In adolescent or young women, there is breast tenderness before menstruation, and sometimes the pain spreads to the shoulders and back. The breast pain gradually subsides after menstruation. Only some thickening of the breast can be felt, without obvious nodules. These are physiological changes, not a disease, and do not require treatment. They are physiological hyperplasia.

Cysplastic breast disease is the physiological proliferation and incomplete involution of normal mammary lobules, which disrupts the normal structure of the mammary gland. It is a pathological hyperplasia and is a type of disease that is neither inflammatory nor tumorous. It is more common in women aged 30-50, with the peak incidence being 35-40 years old.

Suggestions: You can go to the hospital's breast surgery department for treatment, and if necessary, you should have an ultrasound examination. After being diagnosed with pathological hyperplasia, you can take over-the-counter medicine or Chinese medicine for soothing the liver and regulating qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and softening and dispersing nodules (such as Xiaoyao Pills, Rupixiao Capsules, Xiaorusan, etc.).

Because this disease is caused by endocrine disorders, in addition to active drug treatment, you should also pay attention to the following points in daily life: Do not abuse contraceptives and beauty products containing estrogen, and do not eat meat from poultry and livestock suspected of being fed with estrogen, otherwise it will aggravate the condition. Eat more vegetables and fruits, and more whole grains. Live a regular life, combine work and rest, maintain an optimistic mood and get enough sleep, underwear should not be too tight, and underwear should be taken off when sleeping at night, avoid abortion, maintain a harmonious sex life to regulate endocrine disorders, and keep bowel movements unobstructed to relieve breast pain.
