Bleeding every time I have sex with my husband

Bleeding every time I have sex with my husband

Sexual life between husband and wife is the basis and prerequisite for a harmonious life, but some women find that they bleed every time they have sex with their husbands. This is most likely because men have not made adequate preparations in advance. Women's lower body is too dry and they rush into intercourse, which may lead to friction bleeding or bleeding caused by severe impact. Now let’s take a look at why I bleed every time I have sex with my husband?

1. Vaginitis . Common vaginitis includes fungal vaginitis, trichomoniasis vaginitis, and senile vaginitis. Vaginitis usually has symptoms of vulvar itching and increased leucorrhea, and often has edema, congestion or ulceration of the vaginal mucosa. During sexual intercourse, the vagina will be stimulated and bloody secretions will flow out, and there will be a burning sensation in the vagina. Therefore, you should not have sex during vaginitis.

2. Cervicitis . It is relatively common for women of childbearing age to suffer from chronic cervicitis such as cervical erosion and cervical polyps. Mild cervical erosion will not cause post-coital bleeding. If bleeding occurs after sexual intercourse, you should consider the possibility of severe cervical erosion or large and numerous cervical polyps, or the possibility of cancer, and you should see a doctor as soon as possible. In case of acute cervicitis, bleeding after intercourse may often occur, and you should go to the hospital for prompt diagnosis and examination.

3. Diseases such as endometritis and pelvic inflammation . It is often accompanied by abdominal pain, back pain and excessive vaginal discharge, and requires going to the hospital for examination and regular treatment. Anti-inflammatory treatment is often effective.

4. Malignant tumors

Cervical cancer is one of the common causes of post-coital bleeding. Most cervical cancer patients do not have any discomfort symptoms in the early stages, and bleeding after sexual intercourse may be the only symptom of early cervical cancer. Rare vaginal cancer can also cause bleeding after intercourse. Therefore, if female friends find themselves experiencing vaginal bleeding or bloody discharge after intercourse, they should be alert and go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible to rule out whether they have gynecological malignancies such as cervical cancer.

In addition, submucosal uterine fibroids, downward displacement of the IUD after placement in the uterus, and premature sexual intercourse during menstruation, after artificial abortion, and in the postpartum period can easily lead to infection and are also causes of post-coital bleeding.

To sum up, if vaginal bleeding occurs after intercourse, do not panic, go to the hospital as soon as possible, find out the cause of bleeding, rule out malignant tumors such as cervical cancer, and receive timely treatment.
