Pregnancy belly left

Pregnancy belly left

After pregnancy, the belly begins to grow slowly, and at this time there will be some different reactions and changes in the body. Many people's belly will lean to the left or right during pregnancy. This means that the fetal position is leaning to the left, and the baby's head is leaning to the left, so such symptoms will appear. Special attention should be paid and corresponding prevention measures should be taken.

Pregnancy belly left

If you find that your belly has tilted to the left, it means that the baby is on the left side of your belly. You don't need to worry too much. You should have regular prenatal check-ups. If the check-ups are normal, then don't worry. If you are now seven months pregnant, this is the best position.

In order to protect the health of mothers and infants and improve the quality of the population at birth, the "Maternal and Infant Health Care Law of the People's Republic of China" emphasizes prenatal health care services, including: hygiene, nutrition, psychology, counseling, regular prenatal examinations, prenatal diagnosis of suspected congenital or genetic fetal abnormalities, and intensive monitoring of high-risk pregnant women and fetuses. Here are some things to note during pregnancy.

1. Prevent miscarriage: Avoid bathing and sexual intercourse in the late pregnancy to avoid premature birth or infection. Sexual intercourse should also be avoided during the first three months of pregnancy to prevent miscarriage.

2. Use medications with caution and avoid smoking and drinking: Medication should be used with caution during pregnancy, especially within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. In recent years, there have been reports of adverse effects on pregnant women and fetuses caused by the use of the following drugs, such as phenacetin, phenytoin sodium, continuous use of caffeine, aspirin, compound salicylic acid, as well as ethidium bromide and tetracycline, which should be paid attention to.

3. Pay attention to nutrition: In the late pregnancy, you should consume appropriate amounts of salt and increase the intake of foods containing calcium, iron, etc.

4. Pay attention to rest: You can participate in daily activities, but avoid excessive fatigue and heavy physical labor, and pay appropriate attention to rest.

5. Calcium supplement: Leg cramps may be caused by lack of calcium and vitamin B. You can take calcium lactate, calcium gluconate and vitamins B, D, E, etc.

6. Prevent nipple cracking: In the last two months of pregnancy, you should scrub the nipples with soap and warm water every day, and then apply a layer of oil to prevent nipple cracking during breastfeeding. If the nipple is inverted, you can gently lift and pinch it outward several times while scrubbing to make it protrude, which will facilitate breastfeeding in the future.
