In life, women ovulate once a month. Different people have different attitudes towards ovulation. For women who are preparing for pregnancy, ovulation is very important. If you have sex during ovulation, the chance of pregnancy is much greater than usual. For people with more accurate menstruation, ovulation is easy to calculate, but for women with inaccurate menstruation, you can actually judge the ovulation period based on some physical symptoms. What are the symptoms the day before ovulation?
1. The basal body temperature drops. When the ovulation period arrives, the basal body temperature will rise, but on the ovulation day, the female body temperature will suddenly drop, and then on the next day, the body temperature will rise again. The change in basal body temperature can be used to determine the ovulation day, so as to plan the time of sexual intercourse and increase the chance of conception. 2. Increased cervical mucus secretion. On the day of ovulation, women will observe that the cervical mucus is very thin and translucent, and the secretion volume is also large. In the first half of the menstrual cycle, the cervix does not secrete mucus and the vulva is very dry. After this, the cervix secretes a small amount of thick, opaque mucus. Just before ovulation occurs, with the appearance of estrogen, luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion reaches its peak, and the cervical mucus becomes thinner, transparent, and clear, and the amount also increases. Ovulation day symptoms are more obvious at this point. 3. Ovulation pain. Not every woman feels ovulation pain. When women ovulate, they will have some pain in their lower abdomen. This is relative to the general population. Some women cannot feel the ovulation pain, but some women have very obvious ovulation pain. When ovulating, there will be obvious pain in the abdomen, which is very easy to detect. Therefore, it is necessary to judge based on the specific physical condition of the woman.
1. Infertility caused by vulvovaginal abnormalities: including congenital vaginal diseases such as hymen occlusion, congenital absence of vagina, vaginal stenosis and adhesions, as well as vulvovaginitis and vulvovaginal tumors, etc. can all lead to infertility. 2. Infertility caused by cervical diseases: Cervical diseases include cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervical hypertrophy, etc. Abnormal cervical mucus can become the cause of infertility. 3. Infertility caused by uterine diseases: Many women suffer from infertility due to problems such as uterine inflammation adhesions, endometriosis, uterine hypoplasia, and uterine fibroids.4. Infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction: The fallopian tube is the only channel for transporting eggs and is also the place where sperm and eggs combine. Infertility due to inflammation, adhesion, obstruction and dysplasia of the fallopian tube is one of the main causes of female infertility. 5. Infertility caused by ovarian factors: Infertility caused by ovarian factors accounts for about 15%-20% of infertility. Ovarian hypoplasia, premature aging, inflammation, etc. can all lead to infertility. 6. Infertility caused by pelvic diseases: Chronic diseases such as pelvic inflammation and infection can cause adhesions and dysfunctions of the reproductive organs, affecting conception. 7. Infertility caused by endocrine factors: abnormal functions of the thyroid gland, adrenal pituitary tumors, etc., and endocrine disorders can cause infertility in women due to irregular menstruation, ovulation disorders, amenorrhea, etc. |
