Postpartum depression

Postpartum depression

Miscarriage refers to spontaneous abortion, which is a symptom of the child stopping development and pregnancy termination due to various factors. For many couples, especially women, they will have various self-blame or negative psychological feelings after miscarriage. Therefore, it is also a common phenomenon to develop depression after miscarriage. For minor postpartum depression that lasts for more than two weeks, timely treatment or psychological adjustment is necessary.

Postpartum depression is often caused by a woman's failure to adapt to the change in her identity within a short period of time after giving birth. Some people develop depression after a miscarriage. A woman has been preparing for pregnancy for a long time and finally succeeds in getting pregnant, but suddenly has a miscarriage during pregnancy. This naturally makes it difficult for many women to accept it psychologically. Therefore, it may also cause depression after miscarriage. If it lasts for more than two weeks, it will be more troublesome.
