In general, there is a clear dividing line between "good" and "bad" fibrosarcoma and fibroma and desmoid tumor. It’s just that fibromas are far away from this dividing line, while desmoid tumors are closer to this dividing line. If desmoid tumors are repeatedly stimulated, they may cross into the camp of fibrosarcoma.
