Uterine pain like a needle prick

Uterine pain like a needle prick

For women, uterine pain is a very common symptom. There are many causes of this condition. If the uterine pain is caused by menstrual problems, then you just need to regulate your body in time. But if the uterine pain is caused by uterine cancer or some gynecological inflammation, then you must not take it lightly. Because if these diseases are not treated in time, they will cause great harm to the patient's health!

1. Uterine cancer causes uterine pain

If a female friend suffers from uterine cancer, the cancer will exert certain pressure on the nerves in the pelvic cavity, which may cause symptoms such as uterine pain, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain or thigh pain.

2. Uterine pain caused by menstrual problems

When female friends have their menstruation, they will have lower abdominal pain or general discomfort. If the pain is severe, it is dysmenorrhea. For adolescent female friends who have dysmenorrhea, it is generally primary dysmenorrhea, which can heal itself. Some women with dysmenorrhea have secondary dysmenorrhea caused by a certain disease. Such patients need to go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment to relieve the pain. Do not blindly take painkillers to solve the problem.

3. Uterine pain caused by inflammation

The most common ones are adnexitis and pelvic inflammatory disease. Patients with these diseases will also have symptoms of increased vaginal discharge.

Among the female internal reproductive organs, the fallopian tubes and ovaries are called appendages. Adnexitis refers to inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries. However, fallopian tube and oophoritis are often accompanied by parametrial connective tissue inflammation and pelvic peritonitis, and are difficult to distinguish during diagnosis. Among pelvic organ inflammations, salpingitis is the most common. Due to the proximity of anatomical sites, salpingitis, oophoritis and pelvic peritonitis often coexist and affect each other.

Pelvic inflammatory disease refers to inflammation of the female reproductive organs, connective tissue around the uterus, and pelvic peritoneum. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is often caused by incomplete treatment of the acute phase. It has a long duration and is a stubborn disease. Bacteria retrogradely infect the pelvic cavity through the uterus and fallopian tubes. But in real life, not all women will suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease, only a few will develop it. This is because the female reproductive system has a natural defense function that can resist bacterial invasion under normal circumstances. Pelvic inflammatory disease will only occur when the body's resistance decreases or the female's natural defense function is destroyed due to other reasons.
