The best way to rupture the ovarian follicle

Follicle rupture is a relatively normal situation. Generally speaking, we should experience this situation. If the follicle does not rupture, it is a relatively abnormal situation. However, sometimes we will encounter this situation. We can solve this problem through some methods, but there are still many people who don’t know its specific methods. So what is the best way to make the follicle rupture?

Time of follicle appearance: At the beginning of each menstrual cycle, multiple follicles develop simultaneously, but generally only 1 or 2 follicles develop to maturity, called the main follicles (dominant follicles), and the remaining follicles close one after another. It is reported that in more than 90% of the cycles, only one follicle grows rapidly to maturity, and 5%-11% have two main follicles develop. The earliest time for ultrasound imaging of follicles can be 5-7 days in the menstrual cycle, and the minimum diameter displayed is 4-5mm.

Follicle growth rate: Ultrasound can reveal small follicles in the ovaries on the 3rd to 5th day of the menstrual cycle. These follicles gradually grow larger, reaching their largest size on the 14th day on average, and ovulation can occur. From the 5th day of menstruation to before ovulation, the primary follicle grows an average of 1.5mm per day; before the 10th day, it grows an average of 1.2mm per day; 4 days before ovulation, it grows an average of 1.9mm until the follicle matures.

Western medicine uses injections to promote ovulation and promote rupture, generally with HCG (domestic) and imported ovulation-promoting drugs. Imported drugs are generally test tube follicle growth-promoting drugs, which are only available in hospitals that do test tubes. Another method is follicle puncture, but puncture is not recommended now. If the ovum is not easy to rupture after injection, it means that there is a problem with the quality of the egg. If the egg is punctured by forced puncture, the quality of the egg is poor and it is difficult to fertilize. Even if you get pregnant, it is easy to miscarry (if it is caused by severe adhesion and not a hormone problem, you can try it). If the domestic HCG does not break, you can try the imported one. It is said that the imported one is metabolized faster and has fewer side effects.

Generally speaking, the rupture of the follicle to ovulate is a natural process. If the follicle does not rupture, it often means that the egg itself is not developing normally. Therefore, simply calling it a follicle rupture has no practical meaning. It is recommended that you combine hormone cycle therapy with ovulation induction therapy and inject human chorionic gonadotropin intramuscularly at the same time. In addition, you should pay attention to rest in your daily life and avoid spicy food.
